No general or specific condition contained in documents sent or delivered by you can integrate with these, since those documents are incompatible with these conditions.
Article 2: Subject
These conditions are designed to define the rights and obligations of the parties in part of the online sale of goods and services arganamazigh.com offers.
Article 3: Contract Documents
This contract is formed by the following contractual documents, presented in order of importance:

2. The order form.

Article 7: Proof of the transaction

Article 12: Delivery Terms
Packages are usually arranged and processed for delivery within forty-eight (48) hours after receipt of your payment. Depending on the mode of shipping and receiving country, the delivery time is variable. In addition arganamazigh.com provides you with a link that allows you to monitor your online delivery.
Shipping charges include packaging, handling and transportation costs. They contain a fixed and a variable charge depending on the weight of the order. Arganamazigh.com advises you to combine purchases into a single order; otherwise, if ordered separately, charges will be made for each item.

During the period of investigation, in majority cases goods are found they to be sent to the delivery address. If, however, the goods are not found at the end of the period of investigation arganamazigh.com will refund your payment at no extra charge. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Malaysian law. This is to apply to both rules of the content and of its form, in case of a dispute claim made to arganamazigh.com. All disputes related to the relationship trade between you and arganamazigh.com are subject to the exclusive competence of Malaysian courts.
