Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to slip, broken products…) must be made on the delivery form together with your signature.
You must make any claim of error of delivery and / or non-conformity of products in kind or in quality compared to the entries on your order to arganamazigh.com within 7 days of initially receiving your order.
Products to be refunded must be returned in their packaging and in original condition to the following address: Argan Amazigh Sdn Bhd, Unit 17.2 Level 17 Wisma Sunway, No.1 Jalan Tengku Ampuan Zabedah, C9/C Seksyen 9 40100 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.
Any complaint which would not be carried out in the rules defined above and within the time limits will not be taken into account and will release Argan Amazigh of any responsibility with respect to you.
Upon receipt of returned items, Argan Amazigh will refund the amount of your order and will notify you by e-mail.
